J. Scott Henderson is a doctor of physical therapy and a partner in Ergo Solutions, a rehabilitation company. An internationally recognized public speaker and facilitator, Hederson is also the president and founder of Optimistic Diversity LLC-a training and consultant firm in Washington, D.C.
