Biographie de l'auteur

Kenneth Lougee earned a master's degree in history from the University of Utah. A trial lawyer, he is admitted to the Alaska and Utah bar associations. Lougee works with the law firm of Siegfried and Jensen in Salt Lake City, Utah.
