Synopsis

This day of an arranged marriage for the Sharma family is drenched in heavy rain, but far deeper problems lay within this particular Indian family, who has lived in Canada for the last thirty years.

Punitha Muniandy was born and raised in Malaysia. She migrated to British Columbia, Canada, to follow her Canadian husband home. Muniandy works in the hospitality industry as the front office manager of a hotel in Victoria, British Columbia. She has written and published nonfiction articles, short stories, and e-books.
