Alan B. Berkowitz was born in New York City and has enjoyed a diverse professional life as a writer, management consultant, pianist, and actor. His other titles include Confessions of a Jewish Santa and The Jazz Girls and the Flyboy. Berkowitz lives with his family in the Woodlands, a suburb of Houston, Texas.
