Sandra Harner is a senior professor of technical and professional communication at Cedarville University in Cedarville, Ohio, where she has been teaching since 1981. She is a frequent speaker at women's retreats and seminars and is also the coauthor of the textbook Technical Marketing Communication, 2002. She and her husband, Don, live in Xenia, Ohio. She has two children and three grandchildren.
