Biographie de l'auteur

I am a doctor, specialising in heart diseases (Cardiologist). I am trained in cardiac diseases and am practising for last 12 yrs as consultant. I have treated so many patients and there are many diseases which are more common in India (my country) as compared to other countries. These diseases are important from practice as well as exam point of view. I have good experience of such diseases and my book will be useful both for doctors as well students. In my book, Indian characteristics of these diseases have been delt at length. The western books do not have details about Indian characteristics. hence this will be particularly useful for Indian students as well as thirld world countries. I feel they have similar pattern of diseases. I have also been a co author of a book called " Patel's Atlas on Transradial Interventions: The basics" This book was published from US. As a cardiologist, I have special interest in Coronary Artery Diseases. However, my book is notIt is related to coronary arteries. Rheumatic fever is the topic of my handbook. I live in Surat, Gujarat, India. It is situated in the western part of India. It is second most populated city in Gujarat state. Population is close to 5 million people.
