James D. Blair, DPA, MHA, FACHE, FABCHS, CMAS has 50+ years in "hands on" hospital and healthcare experience. During that time he has been a Combat Medic and CEO of Hospitals ranging from: Combat Field, Combat Evacuation, Major Medical Center, Major Medical System. Among his Military and Public Sector (38 years) assignments is Deputy Director of a State Medicaid Agency.(10 years). Private Sector experience include Vice President of the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) Middle East Ltd. He is currently the CEO of the Center for HealthCare Emergency Readiness (CHCER).
