Jane Thielemann-Downs is a Professor of Education in the Department of Urban Education at the University of Houston-Downtown. She teaches courses in Reading / Language Arts and Educational Psychology and has been a member of the faculty for 21 years. Dr. Thielemann-Downs is certified to teach in Texas and in California.
