À propos de l?auteur

Ilker Cingillioglu is a Turkish/Australian corporate trainer and lecturer with a background in organizational business development and management consulting. He studied at Bogazici University, Cukurova University, the University of Newcastle and Oxford University, and has been recognized as a senior manager in Australia by the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and Australian Government Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC). In his roles at universities and consulting companies, he treated organizations like a living entity and worked on resolving their diverse psychological inconsistencies and quandaries. His formulation of creative approaches to leadership advancement as a management consultant allowed him to build up a support network on a global scale with entrepreneurs and organizational leaders. In his line of duty, he particularly focused on situational leadership, which also constitutes the basis of his doctoral thesis. He can be reached at cingillioglu.ilker@uon.edu.au
