Synopsis

This book is a scathing commentary on what is wrong with the institutional church system in America. Based on the original "Open Letter of Apology to the World" written by Doug Perry in 2005, this book chronicles some of the early responses to it, plus the facts and figures that played a part in the reason to write it. Since the commitment he made in the letter to do things differently, Doug Perry has started a food pantry that is now feeding 5,000 people every month, a homeless shelter housing 50-70+ people at a time, a free store with clothing and household items, written seven books, had a couple million hits on the websites, made over 750 videos for YouTube and much more. People all over the world are learning about what the Church COULD BE if it got it's head out. Just one of many truly radical books from Fellowship Of The Martyrs.
