Developed for the non-majors introductory course, Nutrition for a Changing World uses real stories - about real people and real science - to give students a fresh way to learn the basic concepts of nutrition.
Each chapter works like a Scientific American-style article: a compelling story provides context for the core science while lively infographics make essential ideas easier to understand.
