Dr. Johanna Hunsaker is a professor of Management and Organizational Behavior at the University of San Diego. She received her PhD and MS from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin. Professor Hunsaker previously taught at San Diego State University and the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She has taught internationally in France, Germany, Hong Kong, and Saipan in the Northern Marianas Islands. Much of her professional life has been committed to supporting women in leadership positions. She has served as a trainer, a consultant and has been an expert witness in numerous court cases concerning sexual harassment and workplace discrimination.
Phillip Hunsaker is a seminar leader and author with a great deal of experience in researching and implementing organizational effectiveness. He has written hundreds of academic articles and many books, including Communication at Work and You Can Make It Happen: A Guide to Personal and Organizational Change. Hunsaker works as a professor of management in the School of Business Administration at the University of San Diego. Organizations he has consulted for include Boston Scientific, Coca-Cola, and Mead-Johnson.
