Kevin has been with Sauder Industries Ltd. for over twenty years; is a certified Lean Master Blackbelt, he has held various management roles with Sauder Industries Ltd., including managing various distribution businesses as well as developing and delivering both sales and branch management training programs. He has leadership experience in sales and operations; with this real world experience he easily relates to all levels within organizations and situations. Kevin has an insatiable appetite for reading with interests ranging from organizational behavior to Lean and process improvement. Kevin appreciates teaching and speaking about Lean within Sauder Industries Ltd., as well as in public or private workshops, in addition to leading on-site kaizen events. Kevin lives in Fort Langley, British Columbia, Canada, with his wife Linda and three great kids. His hobbies include motorcycling, reading, football, and hiking.
