The Transition Road Map was written as a resource for people who are in transition. It is not about "Outplacement". But, rather an "In" - Placement approach to getting back to work sooner. As a career coach, I developed the "secret sauce" formula to enhance my clients' chances of getting that next job. Now, after successfully applying this resource to hundreds of people I want to share it with many more who need to understand what they can do to improve their chances of getting an offer. Like any competitive situation, your chances for getting that next job can be improved if you understand all the rules. In the competitive job market, having the ability to distinguish yourself is key. The Transition Road Map provides the path for a successful journey.
