Adrienne Carpenter was raised on Long Island, New York. In 1988 she moved and is currently living in Arizona. Renee Catherine is her middle and confirmation name mentioned because her first book The King and Queen . . . A Fairy Tale was published under this pen name. This book has become so important to her that it is incorporated into this current book. Why? Because it is the basis of her whole story and is used as a reference. The reader is really getting two books in one. In her own words she states: Living with the same husband for over fifty years is very satisfying. Observing our three children and five grandchildren is also satisfying. But I do not write about them because this story is really about GOD. It all began because I asked GOD a question, "Please teach me how to understand and love you" Indeed, He did in many ways through the years. She has gained many insights into different problems by working in a bank, in the medical field and in an insurance agency as a rehabilitation coordinator. Her five mystical experiences brought her thoughts to a deeper level knowing that life is not worth living without GOD. She has served as a lay chaplain volunteering in hospitals, finding a ministry by being a member of the International Order of St. Luke called Healing of Memories with teenagers and also serving as a Spiritual Director for some others and also as a church Lay Minister. She eventually served as an Associate Pastor helping another put on Sunday church services for Alzheimer residents, care residents and at retirement apartments. Currently she is retired from volunteer work and is taking time for writing and other pleasures in life.
