When I was nine years old, my mother and I came to the US as refugees. I was thirty-two years old, married and had two children, when I experienced Self-Realization after a spontaneous rising of Kundalini. I entered many times into the realm of Cosmic Consciousness and other Transcendent states. This began the process of a spiritual transformation that not only altered my psyche and my physical body but also changed the entire course of my life. For almost twenty years I traveled round the world in search of answers in order to understand what happened and why. It took many years of living and studying the various stages of the transformational process that continued to be fueled by the uncontrollable Kundalini power, before I was able to understand the evolutionary journey that we are all on and why this journey has to be made. For the past twelve years, I have been living in the foothills of the Himalayas in Northern India were I continue to study and to write about the transmutative process that will eventually purify the human-animal that we are and evolve us into Spiritual Beings - with a new body and a Higher Consciousness. I teach kundalini meditation and give guidance through the method of Transformational Psychology. Qualification for writing the book Everything that is written in the manuscript comes from my own experiences and understanding. For many years, I traveled back and forth between the East and the West, researching and studying different religions, yoga's and other transformative practices. I searched for others who might have had similar experiences.
