Biographie de l'auteur

Nora J. Wellington, MBA, NHA, is a long term care consultant, Founder and CEO of N Wellington Associates LLC (www.nwellingtonassociates.com). Wellington has more than twenty-five years of long term care (LTC) experience, including nineteen years as a nursing home administrator who operated and managed skilled nursing facilities and nursing facilities. Wellington was fortunate to be hired to help a hospital open a brand new subacute/skilled nursing unit fifteen years ago. She worked with the director of nursing, and the hospital ptoject director to develop the required clinical and administtarive policies and procedures to present to the District of Columbia Department of Health for approval.
