Biographie de l'auteur

Essence Hunter was raised in Lincolnton, North Carolina, and is the younger of two children. She published her first poem in An Open Door by the International Library. She obtained a BS in psychology and an MS in clinical psychology from Virginia State University. She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
