Tyler Farnham is a certified EMT Ocean Rescue Captain in Cocoa Beach Florida. Surfing and skydiving shaped Tyler into who he is today. After suffering a crippling skydiving accident, he had to rehabilitate not only physically, but emotionally. On the road to recovery Tyler revised and prepared the Standard Operating Procedures for Brevard County Ocean Rescue. He was awarded Lifeguard of the Year 2009, and Lifesaving Valor Award 2010. Appearing on multiple news stations across Central Florida, Tyler was an advocate in regards to Ocean Rescue. In the past decade, Tyler has traveled around the country to various cities and experienced different cultures. He earned an Occupational Associates Degree in Automotive Diesel Mechanics, while using it to surf full time in San Diego California. Dr. M. Royce Lynch is a Professor in Organizational Leadership at Argosy University of Tampa Graduate School of Business and teaches management at the Art Institute of Tampa. He completed his Doctorate in Management from the University of Phoenix. Dr. Lynch holds a graduate law degree specializing in food law from DeMontfort University located near London. In addition, he has a master's degree from Florida International University in Miami and a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin where he attended both the Madison and Stout campus. He has been an instructor/specialist for the University of Florida, Department of Food Science, and guest lecturer at numerous colleges in the United Kingdom, Mexico, Florida, Arizona, Nevada, Tennessee, and Louisiana.
