Dr. Jack S. Monell is an Assistant Professor of Justice Studies at Winston-Salem State University. Dr. Monell's research interests focus on Afro-Latino males, urban youth, pop culture, and delinquency paradigm shifts. He is a member of the American Society of Criminology, Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences, and the North Carolina Criminal Justice Association.
