Andy and Janine Mason come from the beautiful east coast of New Zealand. Together with their four elementary aged children and ten suitcases, they arrived in Redding, California in August of 2008. They had a dream to give their lives to develop people. Little did they know that they would soon be partnering with Danny Silk and his new team at Bethel Church to help build an organization to build the lives of people. Andy and Janine are now the directors of Dream Culture and part of the leadership team of Global Transformation Institute. Started in early 2010, Dream Culture is a ministry that encourages and empowers people to discover their dreams and make practical steps to live out their purpose. What began at Bethel Church is now catalyzing dreamers and Dream Cultures in schools, businesses, churches and community groups around the world. Before coming to Redding, Andy worked for a leading financial institution and a national consultancy firm. His primary role was in helping clients define what success was to them, then partnering with them in developing strategic plans towards realizing that success. Andy was also involved for ten years in the leadership team of a local church in New Zealand. Janine’s background is in people development, adult training and project management, for both non-profit and profit-based organizations. In addition to being a wonderful mother to four children, Janine is known for her perceptive questions that quickly help clients get to the heart of the matter and develop practical and holistic approaches for moving forward. In January 2011, Janine and Andy published their first book, Dream Culture: Bringing Dreams to Life (also available in Spanish and German). For more information please visit: www.iDreamCulture.com.
