An Arizona native, N. K. Wright has lived the majority of his life in the western United States. He earned a journalism degree from the University of Utah, later receiving his master's degree in communications from Webster University in St. Louis. N.K. enjoys music, art, gardening, and has made the study of Russian a lifelong pursuit. He currently lives in a Salt Lake City suburb with his wife and daughters.
