À propos de la quatrième de couverture

Tired of firefighting, constantly changing priorities, and never leaving work on time?

This book tells you how to get your life back.

In a series of behaviour-changing chapters, the book will:
o Help you to do much more with far less effort
o Equip you to get more done in the available time
o Ensure that you do far less firefighting and meet fewer unpleasant surprises
o Enable you to hit your targets - or explain why not
o Reduce the amount of stress in your job

If you've ever been told that you 'have to do more with less' or 'work smarter not harder' and wondered what these things are actually supposed to mean, this book gives you the answer.
