Kathryn Jacob is CEO of Pearl & Dean and the President of SAWA. With Sue, she is the co-author of Belonging (Bloomsbury, 2020), and The Glass Wall (Profile Books, 2016). She sits on the Development Board of RADA and acts as Chair of HOME in Manchester.

Mark Edwards is a Sunday Times journalist and qualified mindfulness coach who trains businesses in diversity and inclusion as well as leadership.
