Mary Dall is a wife, mother, retired teacher, writer, illustrator and painter--and now a grandmother. All of her most fun things in life have revolved around children. She loves to combine her writing and her art and always seems to have "many, many projects" underway. She embraces the saying from her military wife days: "Bloom where you're transplanted." When not working on a project, she tends her butterfly garden and does volunteer work.
