Sometimes it's hard to find friends, especially if you are "different". A blind dog named Sage is adopted and must learn to adjust to a new home and family. But that's not the last of her life challenges. Two kittens and another dog come to live with Sage and her family. What is a blind dog to do about all these intruders? Through time, trial, and error, Sage discovers the importance of friendship, trust, and sharing… and so do the other pets who share Sage’s house. Young children will uncover the treasure of several life lessons through this heartwarming story with delightful illustrations as they read about a blind Springer Spaniel who finds friends where and when least expected.
