Ayub Fleming is a real estate and business professional in Central Florida and author of a growing number of books and journals to support the Living the Max Life and Hidden Potential coaching programs. Ayub has been dedicated to teaching and coaching people to a higher level of human development and excellence for over 20 years. His professional career expands over 25 years of business management, finance, and real estate development holding positions as President & CEO, Director of Operations and Project Manager in multiple disciplines since he was 20 years old. Mr. Fleming in association with the Orlando Housing Authority is the Asset Development Manager over real estate acquisition, property management, and assisting in development. He is also the Acting Executive Director of the Sanford Housing Authority. Ayub sits on board of directors for Hopes and Dreams Team Inc. and is the President and CEO of the World Promise Foundation Inc. A H Fleming’s passion is developing human potential by challenging thought, connecting to purpose, equipping to live; mastering life’s potential, and transitioning with love. As a former Pastor and presently a Personal Development Coach he has developed businesses, real estate and people over his professional career.
