Dr Robin Youngson is an anesthesiologist, originally trained in the UK but working in New Zealand for the last twenty years. An engineer turned doctor and passionate about healthcare quality, Dr Youngson has been an advisor to the NZ government and the World Health Organization on patient safety and strategies for putting people at the center of healthcare. But his greatest passion is re-humanizing healthcare and strengthening caring and compassion.
