Synopsis

I like to make sketches whenever I travel. I am constantly in awe of form, shapes and light and never feel that I can fully represent the beauty I see. These sketches are my records and a reminder to me. This is an account of my breast cancer, the effects on my life and coming out the other side with a renewed appreciation of my world and it's wonders.

À propos de l'auteur

Born in Cambridge England. Lived and educated in Australia. Ray has lived in Cape Town, South Africa, lived and studied in Vienna, Austria, worked in Suva, Fiji and now lives in the United States. She has designed some of the interiors in Australia's Parliament House. Has exhibited in the National Science and Technology Centre and The Australian National Gallery in Canberra Australia and was a Professor in Graphic Design in both Australia and the US.
