Synopsis

The hm Learning and Study Skills Program, Level I was designed to provide learning and study skills strategies for students in grades 5-7 through a series of activity-oriented units. It was published to help teachers assist students in the development of essential study skills and to reinforce their existing strategies that work. The program supports academic independence for students that have a wide range of ability with college and career readiness as a tangible and realistic goal.

À propos des auteurs

Judy Tilton Brunner is an author, consultant and co-founder of EDU-SAFE and Instructional Solutions Group as well as Clinical Faculty at Missouri State University in the Department of Reading, Foundations, and Technology. She is a regular presenter at national and state conferences on the topics of reading, differentiated instruction, school safety, and the prevention of bullying behaviors.

Matthew S. Hudson is a college dean at Ozarks Technical Community College and an adjunct professor for Drury University. He was the recipient of the Outstanding Young Teacher Award by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and holds a doctorate in Executive Educational Leadership from St. Louis University.
