Biographie de l'auteur

Dimitri Pojidaeff, a graduate of Phillips Academy-Andover and Columbia University, is a management consultant specializing in organizational effectiveness and human resources management. He has taught organizational behavior and human resources management at the university level and has published several articles on organizational effectiveness. He has also been a senior human resources executive for several large organizations.
