Ivonne Delaflor Alexander is the president and cofounder of the Higher School for Conscious Evolution and the creator of the Transcendental Rebirthing System. She has written a number of books in the parenting and personal growth genres. She currently lives in Cancun with her husband and their three children. Jeffrey Krug, business coach and president of J. L. Krug & Associates, Inc. has previously coauthored The Hiring Blueprint. He and his wife, Marline, have two sons and seven grandchildren and reside in Geneva, Illinois.
