Biographie de l'auteur

Rachel Grant earned a master's degree in counseling psychology and works as a trauma recovery coach. She provides a compassionate and challenging approach for her clients while using coaching as opposed to therapeutic models. Grant is a member of the International Coach Federation and San Francisco Coaches.
