Biographie de l'auteur

Eugene X. Perticone is a licensed psychologist in New York and has maintained a private practice since 1971. A professor emeritus of State University of New York at Oswego, he taught and supervised graduate students for twenty-five years. Perticone and his wife live in central New York. They have four grown children.
