Luis A. Marrero, MA, RODP, is an associate senior consultant at YSC Business Psychologists, and CEO of the Boston Institute for Meaningful Purpose, based in Houston, Texas. Marrero has worked for Fortune 100 companies in three continents as a Human Resource practitioner, Organization Development Consultant, lecturer, executive coach and facilitator.
