Synopsis

The Book of Revelation covers nearly the entire history of Christianity, beginning with the Church Age, all the way to the Eternal State, revealing truth about every major doctrine of Christianity. The Book of Revelation can be the most confusing and the most fascinating book of the Bible. Yet God's revelation of himself to man, the Bible, was written to be understood, and the Book of Revelation is no exception. Revelation was inspiried by God and written by the apostle John, near the end of his life. It was a result of a series of visions John received while exiled on the island of Patmos. The Revelation of Jesus Christ: A Commentary, looks at the phenomena described in Revelation from both a spiritual and a scientific viewpoint. This combination is something not found in most other Revelation commentaries. While approaching the text from a Futurist, Pre-millennial viewpoint, this commenary also weighs and considers other views and interpretations at appropriate points.
