Samuel Wagar is a Wiccan Priest, co-founder of the Congregationalist Wiccan Association of BC, Priest of a public Temple. He has been writing and leading ritual for thirty years, for groups of all sizes. He also has taught ritual theory courses. His previous books "Growing Wiccan Temples and Leaders" and "The Uses of Ecstasy" deal with organization and clergy training and with ecstatic trance and ritual.
