Michael Burns was born and raised in South Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS in Psychology and a MS in Management in the early 70's. Mr. Burns worked for Southwestern Bell and AT&T for eleven years. In 1982, Mr. Burns founded TeleSystems Marketing, an outbound telemarketing company that specialized in commerical and non-profit markets. In 1989, Mr. Burns founded Conference Pros International, a conference service provider that he operated for ten years before selling to Vialogue Corp. In 2001, Mr. Burns founded A+ Conferencing Ltd., a conferencing company that emphasized partnering with agents/resellers for its sales channel. Mr. Burns writes and lectures on many topics, including telecommunications, investments, and opportunities for the Baby Boomer generation.
