Dr. Palmer has served as an ordained pastoral minister, a missionary to the Yakima Indians in Washington, the Chinese in New York City, with the churches and in Public Health on the island of Jamaica in the West Indies and in Japan. He has been an executive with his denomination's overseas mission board, Dean of their College of Missions and the Chairman of the Division of Science and Mathematics in a college. He has earned four degrees, the AB, MDiv, MSPublic Health and DMin. He is retired and enjoys life with his lovely wife in Fort Worth, Texas. The Palmers also delight in the activities of their five active grandchildren. He likes to write and his most recent books are VIGNETTES OF A WONDERFUL LIFE and MY LITTLE DOG PEGGY.
