Having been teachers for over 30 years, Ken Loh and Ember Lim are keenly aware of how much time and effort it takes to prepare good and effective lessons that will motivate children to stretch just that little bit more. Ken and Ember were both born and brought up in Malaysia. Both started their careers as teachers and were posted to a small rural school in Malaysia, where they met, married and had a lovely daughter. Between them, Ken and Ember have taught children as young as 2 years old in private preschool to young people as old as eighteen in government high school. Ken’s specializes in Mathematics and Physical Education while Ember’s strength is in English and Craft Projects. Ken and Ember now live in Perth, Australia, where they have more time to indulge in writing and illustrating their books to share their wealth of experience with others who believe in investing their lives in young people.
