Jim Rice It started in Brooklyn when my uncle bet on the Packers to beat the Giants in both the 1961 and 1962 championship games. I began following the rivalry immediately. After leaving New York for college in Wisconsin, I eventually became a Packer fan. But I have never forgotten my gridiron roots - the New York Football Giants. After becoming a Packer fan, I rediscovered the rivalry and the many connections between the Giants and the Packers.....the Giant Cheeseheads!
