R. D. Weaver, Sr. operates under an apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, teaching and psalmist anointing, causing him to be sought out revivalist, conference speaker, lecturer and workshop facilitator. His life and ministry bear witness to the mercy, grace, love, and most of all, power of God! He resides in Port Salerno, Florida with his wife, Krystal, and 4 children and is currently the Lead Pastor of City Church of Stuart (formerly Bethlehem Outreach Ministries). In 2008, he was honored for 16 Years of Ministry and bestowed the distinction of Honorary Doctorate of Divinity.
