Owner/Operator/Chef of a well known Restaurant in a small town near Lake Tahoe for thirty years; Bruce Stuart rose from an underprivileged upbringing on Beacon Hill in Boston Massachusetts to the beautiful Foothills of Eldorado County in Northern California. After losing everything he had in the recession of 2005-present, disabled from years of hard work and a heart attack that followed, he began to write this book that had been steaming, broiling, baking, sauteing, broasting, roasting,and simmering in his mind since childhood. At the age of twenty-two, he wrote a small unpublished song about a baby being born with total recall; memories lasting only minutes after his arrival and disappearing slowly into the recesses of his mind as life became a fulfillment of innate talent and inspiration. This Song never left his mind. Bruce is a sufferer of severe Attention Disorder, caused by three episodes of head trauma as a child and this book happened in spite of all the loving doubters in his life. We all have stories, like books on a shelf residing in the same library and Bruce wishes that by reading his; you will be encouraged to find the positive in your own chapters. There is no reason on Earth that this man should have written a book except for the innate and obsessive desire to do so for most of his years on this planet.
