David M. Gutknecht has been in full-time Christian ministry for the past 35 years as a pastor, church consultant, and professional counselor. He is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor with the state of Colorado. Having assisted churches and organizations implement spiritual growth programs, including small groups and counseling programs, Dave's experience in observing and working with individuals resulted in the development of the Speaking the Truth in Love communication system. He and his wife Chris have been happily married for the last 40 years.
