Synopsis

The Church 2016: State of the Union Let the Church, the Body of Christ, awake and arise from its somnolent state of lethargy, complacency and compromise! God spoke directly to author Jannah Mitchell, telling her to write a book that would be a catalyst for the long-awaited end-time revival of God's Church. The book compares ancient Jewish marriage customs to the prophesied nuptials of Jesus Christ and the Church. Is the Bride (the Church) prepared for the return of the Bridegroom? To answer, the author uncovers various "spots, wrinkles, and blemishes" in today's churches. Church leadership - pastors, ministers, and other church leaders, are challenged to revive the first principles emphasized by Jesus Christ: - Prayer - Unity - Discipleship - Teaching - Activation of spiritual gifts The messages from God in The Church 2016: State of the Union are powerful. The remnant will rejoice. Leaders who are attuned to the voice of God will ask themselves: Do I really know what is happening in my church? Am I fulfilling the shepherd's job description for my flock? Have I prepared them for the return of Jesus Christ?
