About the Author My name is Nancy Jo VanHook. Nice to meet you. I'm an American writer. I was born on January 9, 1963, in Florida. I grew up on a farm in Missouri and had a wonderful childhood. I still live in the Saint Louis, Missouri, area and earn a living at an elementary school working with disabled children. I have always wanted to write a book. It has been a dream of mine. This is my gift to the world. Oh, and the dot, dot, dot thing is just how I write. It is a lingering feeling of emotion in thought . . .
