Biographie de l'auteur

Rafael Ortiz is currently the Latin American operational excellence leader for one of the Fortune 500 companies. He started his journey from being an engineer, manager, and plant manager into becoming a business leader. In his professional career, he had the opportunity to visit the Toyota Manufacturing Plant in Japan and has led and facilitated numerous improvement events in different facilities around the world. Since 2002, Mr. Ortiz has been applying and teaching the lean six sigma concepts in countries like the United States of America, Puerto Rico, China, Japan, Spain, Mexico, and Brazil.
