Synopsis

This simple book of poems (Book title) was written for a legacy for my sons Jake Cody and Elkara. These poems are written from my heart to yours. If you have any resistance ready these poems remember, that you have been protecting your heart since the first time it was hurt. I feel something different each time I read them. In my opinion it this heart connection that makes this book so unique. For years I regarded my poems to be inferior and classed them as just a hobby, later realizing that they are my style of Poetry and for some a very valuable way of connecting to their hearts.

Biographie de l'auteur

I have thought about poems most of my life. I have never really put pen to paper until a couple of years ago. The thing is with poems for me is, they seem to come through me. I want for a topic and it comes. I have never really thought about publishing a book before my son Elkara was born. The aunties held a Blessing way before he was born to welcome him. I was asked to write some poems, as my poems were regularly being narrated by friends at different functions (Birthdays and Weddings ect) for close friends. At the Blessing way I wrote 6 poems that were presented to the audience being read by friends. Credited with 3 trade certificates. Glazier, Horticulturist and IT. 5 years as a Sound man up until April 2012, I toured around Australia and parts of the world as a kind of DJ cross Camera Man. So at 41 I have gained quite a lot of experience to write my poems about and to share. My company is Sounds of Awareness and I am known for my Remembrance packages. I film people though out their lives to play for their children or at particular times in their lives for them to be remembered the way they choose to be remembered.
