Biographie de l'auteur

Bill has been playing since the days when it was acceptable to wear spandex in public and hopes to one day put an end to air guitar. Bill has over 25 years experience playing, teaching and recording guitar, playing countless events in and around Canada and the USA. He has spent the last 3 years interviewing all levels of guitar players to see why they start and keep playing guitar. Bill and Mark documented those findings in Shades of Play so those who start playing guitar will keep playing guitar. When not transforming businesses as a consultant, Bill enjoys spending time with his family, often at his cottage, where you will find him . . . yes . . . playing guitar. Mark Kuta does what he loves in life, and that includes selling software (really) and playing guitar. Mark has played college football, hiked to the bottom of the Grand Canyon (twice), climbed Colorado Fourteeners, backpacked throughout Europe and South America, written three books, closed multimillion dollar software deals, gotten arrested in Mexico (several times), ran marathons and triathlons . . . and raised two children. Ever since Bill convinced him he could play guitar he hasn't spent a boring moment in his life. You can find Mark on an airplane travelling somewhere, or with his family in the Colorado High Country, probably belting out a Dylan song.
