As founder of talent acquisition consulting firm Metafrazo (www.metafrazo.net), Davis possesses diverse talent- acquisition experience spanning several industries. For over a decade, he has worked on contract and permanent hiring, contingency and retained searches, and direct internal hires. In addition to his corporate experience, he brings ten years of service in the Air Force Reserve and several years of active duty service in the Navy. He has deployed twice in support of both Operations IRAQI and ENDURING FREEDOM. A highly decorated veteran, he was selected in 2006 as the Air Force Reserve Command Company Grade Officer of the Year for his career field. Currently a Captain, Davis is responsible for the 934th Airlift Wing Education and Training Office. A four-year letterman in football, he obtained his bachelor’s in psychology from Bethel University and a master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
